Ken has a doctorate in a sub-specialty of cultural anthropology, a psychotherapist and teacher. In addition to teaching in academia, he facilitates groups in informal educational settings and applies his background to business, leadership and community development. He has traveled extensively and is fascinated by issues related to cross- cultural understandings and the integration of educational, psychological and industrial theories. He is currently applying his background and interests to creating interactive cultural immersion experiences for travellers in remote areas of the African bush while integrating it with eco-tourism and economic development in East Africa through a company he helped to establish, Zohar African Safaris Ltd.
